It’s that time of year again…the annual Giorgianni beach trip! We have spent the last 3-4 Memorial Day weekend’s staycationing on Tybee and it’s one of my family’s favorite trips. As part of the trip I (of course) haul the crew down to the beach for sunset photos.

At this point my family knows the drill – arrive on beach, sit in sand, smile for camera on tripod, take a few individual photos, and then mom leaves and the kids get to hit the water with dad for a sunset swim – the faster they get the photos done the more time they have to swim before the sun sets and they have to come back to the beach house.

Each one of the kids is growing up quickly and their on camera personalities change so quickly! They both smiled and even though Ada wasn’t exactly feeling the individual photo (she didn’t like what I “made” her wear) she took her picture and didn’t cry about it when the time came. haha!! I’m so happy I get to take photos of them when I want and have these memories for down the road.
