Your senior year of high school is such a big deal and what better way to document this moment in time? Senior pictures!! Savannah is the perfect location for senior photos especially if you are graduating from one of the schools in the area.
The Senior Experience is my signature senior session. It offers up to 4 outfits, cap & gown photos, and a 2 location choices. For Kiya’s session she chose Forsyth Park and Bluff Drive on Isle of Hope.
Forsyth Park Senior Session
We met in Forsyth Park to begin Kiya’s session and she choose to wear a blue skirt with a white top and cowboy boots as her first outfit. Since Kiya is planning to attend Georgia Southern she thought the blue and white was a great color choice for an outfit and I couldn’t agree more!
Cap & Gown Pictures in Savannah
Kiya brought 3 outfits for her session with the plan of photographing this white dress at both locations – which was a great decision! This white dress is a great classic choice but also because it’s a maxi allows for some fun movement and white dresses are my preferred choice of outfit for under a cap & gown.
The Senior Experience package comes with cap & gown photos and I provide the cap & gown for the session! I’ve found adding this perk to the package helps eliminate just a little bit of stress during your senior year. You can schedule one photo session and check off two major photo musts for your senior year!!
Senior Pictures on Isle of Hope
When we finished at Forsyth Park we headed over to Isle of Hope’s Bluff Drive for the 2nd location in The Senior Experience package. I love photographing here because the large oaks, white fences, big homes, and greenery make such pretty backdrops and the area has good light almost any time of day.
We started on Bluff Drive with the white dress from earlier. We shot in October so I was happy to see there were still quite a few floral options to put Kiya next to for some pretty floral photos.
Bluff Drive Senior Photos
For her final outfit Kiya choose a fun pair of gold flare leg pants and a black top. This was my favorite outfit from the session! I love the bold color choice and being someone who graduated high school in the early 2000s I love a good flare leg pant. This outfit makes a great statement without going too far over the top, which is perfect for a trendy senior photo choice.
