This one is going to be short and sweet and to the point – thank you to everyone who has purchased their advance pay credit, in advance!!

Please do not ask to be an exception to any of the guidelines – because of the large number of dancers being photographed exceptions cause confusion and upset feelings when someone hears that an exception was made for one person but not for them.

Q: When will the gallery be released?

A: Photos from the 2026 dance recital have been released. If you did not receive the text and/or email please CLICK HERE TO ACCESS the gallery. If it asks for a code enter SSDANCE2026

Q: Are the photos in the gallery all you have of each child/my child does not have 3 completely different poses?

A: The photos posted in the gallery are all of the photos available of each child. I work very hard to coach each dancer into 3 different poses for photos but there are always instances where the dancer is not interested in participating and I am unable to get them to copy the poses I am showing them.

Q: Where can I purchase my advance pay credit?

Q: Can I purchase the advance pay credit the day of the show?

A: Yes, BUT…things will go much more smoothly, for you, your dancer, and for Jaden Giorgianni Photography (JGP), if you purchase it in advance and don’t wait until the day of the recital.

Q: Who needs an advance pay credit?

A: Everyone – each individual dancer must have the $25 advance pay credit to step into the photo line. There are NO exceptions. If you have 1 dancer, you will need $25 credit, 2 dancers = $50 credit, 3 dancers = $75 credit, etc.

If your dancer has multiple costumes they will need a credit for each time they step in front of the camera.

Please do not ask staff to make an exception.

Q. What do I need to purchase if my dancer has multiple outfits?

A. You will need to purchase a $25 advance pay credit for EACH outfit – each time your dancer steps in front of the camera they are required to have an advance pay credit. If you have 2 costumes a $50 advance pay credit is required, 3 costumes requires a $75 credit, 4 requires $100, and so on.

Q. How much are the photo packages?

A. The advance pay credit covers having the photos of your dancer taken and will be applied toward a package, digital images, or individual photo prints of your choice. To see a pricing list please CLICK HERE.

Q: What if my dancer isn’t participating for photos?

A: That’s life and the season you are in with your dancer. I don’t say this lightly, my dancer has already informed me she won’t be smiling for photos. 😩 I will say though, you will be very surprised how your dancer will come to life without the pressure of “having” to smile so don’t make a big fuss over it and bring them by (with your advance pay credit)

Q: How many poses are the dancers receiving?

A: Dancers will be asked to show 3 poses. They are welcome to pick their own poses or choose one from the board I have of examples. If they are not willing, interested, or able to choose a pose I will demonstrate poses for them.

Q: Where do we need to bring our dancer?

A: TBD – working on this as we are changing venues this year. I can say I have a TON of signs, you will not miss me and I will update this section and the email list (via email) when I know for sure.

Q: What time should I be there – Can I sign up for a specific time slot?

A: JGP will be set up and ready to start taking dancers from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm.

* I will NOT be offering photos AFTER 4:00 – if your dancer is in the final show you MUST be there before 4:30 to have photos taken

There are NO assigned times for photos. It is up to you to determine what time you need to come for photos in order to have your dancer ready to check in with Kelly and her staff at the time they have assigned. There will be NO refunds if you do not arrive in time for photos.

Q: Why is the advance pay credit non-refundable?

A: The advance pay credit is to have the photos taken and edited. If you are not happy with the photos you do not have to use the credit to make a purchase but the work has been done and the credit is non-refundable. Advance pay credits cannot be rolled over from last year – that was last year’s work.

Q: Can I go ahead and purchase a package?

A: No, you will choose what package(s), prints, products, etc. when the gallery is released.
