Skidaway Island Family Photography Session
This session was so much fun!! It’s the second time I’ve been able to do a family session with the Cates and we had so much fun!! Since the kids already know me it didn’t take long for them to warm up and really want to get in front of the camera.

We did this session on Skidaway Island. The family wanted something with the marsh as the background and I’ve been hearing about this great spot on the island. They agreed to try it out and we were all so happy with the spot! I was worried it wouldn’t be accessible with the tide rising but there was the perfect amount of white sand and the marsh paths were still dry. It will definitely be one of my new favorite locations in the Savannah area to suggest for sessions.
Fun Family Photos in Savannah
We had so much fun running down the marsh path, practicing whatever poses the kids wanted to try, and making sure everyone stayed out of the water! Each of the three kids kept asking to get in front of the camera by the end of the session, even though 2 of them started out a little shy. I love session like these where we all leave laughing and the kids get their promised treats!
