New Year Photo of a family

Chris

Chris was finally able to travel for work back in November! (Yay to sleeping starfish style alone in the bed for a few nights LOL) BUT, as a result of traveling he had a COVID scare which resulted in the kids and I evacuating so we didn’t expose ourselves and Chris, who tested negative but still worked from home for 2 weeks, getting what I refer to as his “ronacation”. Outside of working, he’s been staying busy with the kids. He and Christopher decorated the house with Christmas lights and Christopher keeps him busy riding bikes and going to the park! He also celebrated his last 40s birthday this Christmas so he’s a little stressed about life. ????????

I had an amazing Q4 this year personally and professionally. I have been busy in the best way with sessions and have loved every minute of it! I finally set myself up with an office, I’m currently rooming with the kid’s playroom but it’s a nice space just for work and I love it! For the most part I stayed local, only taking a staycation downtown when Chris took is Ronacation and we spent some time at the lake for Thanksgiving. The desire to travel is setting in so hopefully a trip will be on the books for 2021!

Christopher

Christopher had a great Christmas, this is the first where he’s really understood everything that’s going on and is excited about it. He started a countdown for Santa in mid-November. LOL! At school he’s getting great reviews and I love that he’s starting to want to learn new things. We will drive down the road and he will ask me to spell things for him. He had a little incident with some scissors…he gave himself a haircut! He didn’t do a terrible job and he was very clear that he did it just like Mr. Jason (my hairstylist). We are still unclear on how much of Ada’s hair he trimmed but he did say she had too much on the top so he helped.????????‍♀️????????

Ada

And Ada ????. Ada’s personality is really blossoming. She’s into EVERYTHING!!! like will carry a giant stool around the house so she can access whatever she sees fit. ???????? She really enjoys school two days a week and has become quite the talker. We still aren’t sure what she’s says most of the time but it’s very clear she’s telling us something!
