This one is going to be short and sweet and to the point – thank you to everyone who has purchased their advance pay credit, in advance!!

Q: Where can I purchase my advance pay credit?

Q: Can I purchase the advance pay credit the day of the show?

A: Yes, BUT…things will go much more smoothly, for you, your dancer, and for Jaden Giorgianni Photography (JGP), if you purchase it in advance and don’t wait until the day of the recital.

Q: Who needs an advance pay credit?

A: Everyone – each individual dancer must have the $25 advance pay credit to step into the photo line. There are NO exceptions. If you have 1 dancer, you will need $25 credit, 2 dancers = $50 credit, 3 dancers = $75 credit, etc.

Please do not ask staff to make an exception.

Q: What if my dancer isn’t participating for photos?

A: That’s life and the season you are in with your dancer. I don’t say this lightly, my dancer has already informed me she won’t be smiling for photos. 😩 I will say though, you will be very surprised how your dancer will come to life without the pressure of “having” to smile so don’t make a big fuss over it and bring them by (with your advance pay credit)

Q: Where do we need to bring our dancer?

A: JGP will be set up on the far right side of the civic center porch but don’t think too much about it – associates will be stationed by the dancer drop off door with a sign who can point you in the right direction!

Q: What time should I be there – Can I sign up for a specific time slot?

A: JGP will be set up and ready to start taking dancers approximately 90 minutes before showtime and immediately following the show, for approximately 30 minutes. For the 10:00 show, 8:45 start time and immediately after. For the 1:30 show, 12:00 start time and immediately after. For the 4:30 show, 3:00 start time and immediately* after until 6 pm

* I do have a dancer in the 4:30 show so I may not be standing camera in hand depending on where she dances during the show line up but I’m coming out asap

There are NO assigned times for photos.

Q: Why is the advance pay credit non-refundable?

A: The advance pay credit is to have the photos taken. If you are not happy with the photos you do not have to use the credit to make a purchase but the work has been done and the credit is non-refundable.

Q: Can I go ahead and purchase a package?

A: No, you will choose what package(s), prints, products, etc. when the gallery is released.

Q: When will the gallery be released?

A: The gallery will be delivered via email on or before July 5th. Please be patient and wait until the 5th of July before emailing to ask where the gallery is.
