Your senior year of high school is such a big deal and what better way to document this moment in time? Senior pictures!! Savannah is the perfect location for senior photos especially if you are graduating from one of the schools in the area.
Savannah Senior Sessions
Emma is one of my Senior Team members and for her individual session she chose downtown Savannah (squares & side streets) and Bluff Drive on Isle of Hope. We started downtown meeting in Crawford Square then headed to Isle of Hope.
One of my favorite things about including an individual senior session with each senior team package is seeing how each of the girls on the team bring their own style to a session. I’m always here for thoughts or if they need help with outfits but for unlike the group sessions, where I work to do more curation of the outfits, the individual sessions are all them!
For her first outfit, Emma wore a beautiful floral tiered maxi dress. This dress was so pretty and it went really well with the pastel houses as the backdrop beside Crawford Square.
Downtown Savannah Senior Session
Emma wore a pink dress with a fun bow on the back for her second outfit. We walked around Greene Square for this outfit, finding a few new spots to tuck in to in addition to the square itself. During a squares and side streets senior session I try to park and meet between two squares so we can do one outfit in the first square then have an easy walk to a second square for the second outfit. This helps make sure the backdrops in the photos downtown aren’t all the same.
Senior Photos on Bluff Drive
After her second outfit we headed to Bluff Drive. Emma changed into a light blue dress with a puff sleeve and a bow on the back. The best part of this outfit…her shoes! These wedges tie up the leg and are a great addition to this dress. For this outfit we walked down the road finding spots along the way to stop and take photos with the white fences and big oak trees.
Fun Senior Photos in Savannah
Emma’s 4th outfit was a dark blue maxi dress. I’m here all day for a dark blue maxi dress! Blue is a great color on everyone and a maxi is a great option for senior pictures because you can sit, kneel, stand, lean, twirl, etc. the options for posing are all there when a senior wears a maxi. We wrapped Emma’s session by walking down the other side of Bluff Drive and also taking a few photos at the marina.
