frequently asked questions
Are photos taken indoors or outdoors?
I offer both options. We can discuss needs on a case by case basis when booking.
how many dates will be offered?
Each school is different and we will work with what your school needs but athletic sessions are typically scheduled by sport. Combining smaller teams is an option.
Are team pictures the same day as individual?
Yes. Team photos are held the same day as individual photos. If a student cannot make the session date there is not a makeup date specifically for team photos.
how quickly will parents receive their photos?
does the school need to provide volunteers?
Yes. Picture day will run much more smoothly with at least 2 parent/admin volunteers.
DO YOU RETOUCH IMAGES?
The earlier the better! Knowing dates early can help with scheduling and makes notifying parents easier. Best practice would be to have a photographer and dates lined up as soon a rosters are set.
when do dates need to be booked?
Galleries will go out via email within 3 weeks of the last photo day scheduled.
Basic retouching is included in all packages and will be reflected in your online gallery.
Retouching beyond the basics can be purchased for an additional price per image.
what information does the school need to provide prior to picture day?
At least 3 weeks before picture day schools must send team lists with parent emails for each child. All information is confidential and will not be used outside of picture day purposes. Specific formatting is required.
