Q. I didn’t receive my child’s photos, can you help me?
A. Please check you spam and promotional folder for the email with your child’s gallery link. Sometimes emails are sent to spam and you will find it there. On my end I can see who has and has not opened emails, I will resend it if it has not been opened within 24 hours of your initial email.
Q. I have multiple children at the same school, can all their photos be added to one gallery?
A. Yes! I can easily add all of your children to a single gallery. This will make viewing your photos and checking out much easier for both of us! If you have not already emailed me with their names please do so and I’ll let you know when the update has been made.
Q. Do you offer family discounts?
A. Family discounts are unavailable on photo packages.
Q. How do I order prints?
A. You order directly from the online gallery! If you need some direction, please watch THIS SHORT VIDEO that walks through the process.
Q. How will I receive my prints? When will they arrive?
A. Prints are delivered right to you at the address you provide via shipping details during checkout! The lab has a relatively quick turnaround but covid delays and shipping delays are still happening so please allow 4 weeks from order date before reaching out to let me know there may be an issue.
Q. Is retouching available?
A. Basic retouching is included on all images and is reflected within the gallery. Additional retouching starts at $50/image.
Q. Does the gallery expire?
A. Yes. There is an order by date and a gallery expiration date for all yearbook photos. You can find this information in the email containing your gallery link.
Q. Can I return my print order?
A. Due to the customization aspect associated with printed products once an order is placed it cannot be changed or returned – all sales are final.
Q. Is there a make up date?
A. Make up dates are set by the school you attend, please speak directly with a member of your school’s admin team for more information regarding make up dates.
Q. The photo I received isn’t my child, where do I find their photo?
A. Uh oh!! This happens every now and then and is an easy fix. Email me to let me know and I’ll be back in touch within 24 hours to get the right student photo to you!
