Yearbook Portraits are an important part of your school system and an important part of family life for the students and parents, it's a true right of passage. Providing photos to remember this time is such a great way to keep memories alive for schools and for families!
Jaden Giorgianni Photography specializes in bringing a local, small business touch to your school photography needs. I want to work together to administer the services you need while also providing parents and students with an experience they will cherish for years to come!

Dates and times for volume priced sessions are predetermined and based on a ratio of approximately 1 date for every 200 students. Make up dates are also scheduled in advance. Typical hours for a school session are
8 am - lunch but can be discussed on a case by case basis.

Dates and times for volume priced sessions are predetermined and vary per session. All "8th grade grad" sessions must be pre-paid, students who do not book an 8th grade grad session will be photographed in the traditional yearbook style on picture day.

what time of year will picture day be?
August through October are ideal months for picture day.
how many dates will be offered?
Each school is different and we will work with what your school needs but typically 1 date for every 200 students will be scheduled.
Are class pictures the same day as individual?
Again, each school is different and I'm open to doing same day class photos as well as scheduling a specific day for class photos. We can discuss what works best for your school.
how quickly will parents receive their photos?
does the school need to provide volunteers?
If possible. Picture day will run much more smoothly with at least 2 parent/admin volunteers.
DO YOU RETOUCH IMAGES?
The earlier the better! Knowing dates early can help with scheduling and makes notifying parents easier. Best practice would be to have a photographer and dates for fall lined up before the end of the current school year.
when do dates need to be booked?
Galleries will go out via email within 3 weeks of the last photo day scheduled.
Basic retouching is included in all packages and will be reflected in your online gallery.
Retouching beyond the basics can be purchased for an additional price per image.
what information does the school need to provide prior to picture day?
At least 3 weeks before picture day schools must send class lists with parent emails for each child. All information is confidential and will not be used outside of picture day purposes. Specific formatting is required.
