THE MINI EXPERIENCE FAQ
Q. Where is the session located?
A. For Fall 2021 The Mini Experience is being held in Columbia Square which is located in downtown Savannah on Habersham between York Street and State Street.
Q. Can I bring our family pet?
A. You are welcome to bring your family pet as long as you abide by local leash laws before, during, and after the session. Leash/collar editing is not included in basic editing. so please be aware the leash you choose will be in the photos.
Q. What is included in The Mini Experience?
A. The Mini Experience is a 15 minute session and includes 5 digital downloads.
Q. How will we recieve our digital images?
A. Within 5 days of the session you will receive an online viewing gallery of fully edited digital images. You will be able to choose 5 images to download from the online viewing gallery.
Q. What if I want to buy more digitals or prints?
A. Digital download packages, prints, and products are available in the online gallery for an additional price. Fall 2021 digital upgrades are as follows, $57 per image, $97 for 3 images, $147 for full gallery. Prints start at $6.
Q. What if my child(ren) is/are having a bad day?
A. Please don’t stress!! I know that’s easy for me to say but really, don’t! The sessions are fast and the kids will feed off your energy. Get everyone up, dressed, and downtown and let me worry about the rest!
Q. Is retouching available?
A. Basic retouching is included on all images and is reflected within the gallery. Additional retouching starts at $50/image.
Q. Does the gallery expire?
A. Yes. There is an order by date and a gallery expiration date for all Mini Experience photos. You will find this information in the email containing your gallery link.
Q. I changed my mind on which digital images I want, how do I reselect?
A. Unfortunately once you choose and order your included digital images the sale is final. Digital images can’t be given back, once you click submit the images you have selected are yours. If you would like additional digital images they will be available for purchase.
Q. Can I return my print order?
A. Due to the customization aspect associated with printed products once an order is placed it cannot be changed or returned – all sales are final.
