Q. What if I can’t find Christmas pajamas before the session?

A. You can!! Trust me! If local stores haven’t stocked shelves (or have sold out already) check out Amazon, they sell Christmas pajamas year round. ALSO!! I have a fantastic client closet full of Christmas pajamas! If you want to check it out, CLICK HERE!

Q. Can I bring our family pet?

A. I wish we could include the family pet in the session but unfortunately the answer is no. With so many families lined up there are many reasons why this isn’t the session for pets. If you would like to schedule a session with your pet check out The Mini Experience and The Family Experience!

Q. Is this session only for kids or can adults join the fun?

A. Milk & Cookie Mini Sessions are for littles only! The set is actually much smaller than you think and adults just won’t fit. Trust me, I wish all the adults could join, my husband is probably thankful we won’t fit though! LOL

Q. What is the address and when should we arrive?

A. Closer to the session date you will receive an email with specific details, including the address. You will want to arrive 10-15 minutes before the time you are scheduled. The time you booked is a START TIME not an arrival time!

Q. What if my child(ren) is/are having a bad morning?

A. Please don’t stress!! I know that’s easy for me to say but really, don’t! The cookies really work wonders and the best thing we can do for a child who isn’t quite into it is relax and give them a moment to figure things out!

Q. When will we receive our photos?

A. Online galleries will be delivered via email within 5 days of the session. You will be able to choose your 2 digital downloads and if you would like additional digitals, prints, and NEW!! for 2021 Christmas cards are available for purchase!!

Q. Is retouching available?

A. Basic retouching is included on all images and is reflected within the gallery. Additional retouching starts at $50/image.

Q. Does the gallery expire?

A. Yes. There is an order by date and a gallery expiration date for all Milk & Cookie photos. You will find this information in the email containing your gallery link.

Q. I changed my mind on which digital images I want, how do I reselect?

A. Unfortunately once you choose and order your included digital images the sale is final. Digital images can’t be given back, once you click submit the images you have selected are yours. If you would like additional digital images they will be available for purchase.

Q. Can I return my print order?

A. Due to the customization aspect associated with printed products once an order is placed it cannot be changed or returned – all sales are final.
