do i have to schedule my session now?
You do not. You are welcome to go ahead and schedule for the end of 2023 but you will not be required to.
WHERE WILL MY SESSION BE LOCATED?
We can talk about locations after you book your date. I have my favorite places (which I'm happy to share) but it's not something you have to decide on immediately. Please be sure to purchase a Beach Experience if you would like your family photos on Tybee.
when can i schedule my session?
Expect to see a booking link within 48 hours of your purchase. You can book now if you like (dates through 2024 are available) or wait and book as 2025 dates become available.
WILL I GET A PAPER GIFT CERTIFICATE?
how long do i have to USE MY GIFT CERTIFICATE?
Certificates must be booked before the end of 2025. Calendar dates are released approximately 3 months in advance and reminders with calendar links will be emailed out quarterly.
DO YOU RETOUCH IMAGES?
On November 29 an email will be sent each morning, at 9:00 am, containing a coupon code.
The offer to purchase gift certificates at 20% off expires at midnight on November 29th.
how do i purchase?
I can send you a paper certificate if needed. When you purchase an option to mail a paper copy will be available.
Basic retouching is included in all packages and will be reflected in your online gallery.
Retouching beyond the basics can be purchased for an additional price per image.
how long does it take to receive products?
Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. I will be out of town for Thanksgiving over Black Friday weekend and will put gift certificates in the mail as soon as possible when I return home.
